From easy check-in to a fully equipped kitchen: at Boardinghotel Premium everything is geared towards comfortable short and extended stays.
Arrival & quick check-in
Check-in from 1:00 p.m. Our reception is staffed daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; outside these hours you enter your apartment and the building via an individual PIN code. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., please send a short note in advance with your mobile number. Check-out until 11:00 a.m.
Living with your own kitchen
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with Netflix & YouTube, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. Towels, linen and a hairdryer are provided as standard. The premium apartments also include a Nespresso machine.
Parking & arrival
Free parking is available in the surrounding streets — no resident permit required. Paid spaces in the underground garage are available on request. The Rohrbach-Markt tram stop is about 100 m away.
Family & accessibility
Family apartments for up to 5 guests, extra bed and cot on request. All apartments are step-free, sound-insulated and non-smoking. Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
Overnight tax
Since 1 October 2025, the city of Heidelberg levies an overnight tax of EUR 3.50 per person aged 16 and over, per night, for the first five nights. It is payable in addition to the room rate.
