How does check-in work?
Check-in is possible from 1:00 p.m. Our reception is staffed daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Outside these hours you enter your apartment and the building conveniently via an individual PIN code — so arrival is possible until midnight. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., please notify us in advance with your mobile number.
When is check-out?
Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. We are happy to arrange individual times with you.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available in the surrounding streets — no resident permit or parking ticket required. In addition, paid spaces in our underground garage are available on request.
How do I reach you by public transport?
The Rohrbach-Markt stop is just about 100 m away. From the main station take tram line 24; from Heidelberg-Mitte take line 23.
Is there an overnight/city tax?
Since 1 October 2025, the city of Heidelberg levies an overnight tax of EUR 3.50 per person aged 16 and over, per night, for the first five nights. It is payable in addition to the room rate.
Are the apartments suitable for long stays?
Yes. For extended stays, business travel and corporate clients we offer individual terms. Simply send us an enquiry with your dates and we will prepare a tailored quote.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our apartments. All apartments are also non-smoking.
